I only hear I from the front passenger drive intermittent either clunking or flapping noise (not sure how to describe it) but as soon as I hear it, my reaction is slow down and it went away. As long as I keep the care under 65, I don't ever hear the noise. Only when I go 65+ and it is intermittent. It doesn't happen all the time. There's not vibrations or any type of shaking, just the noise. Is this the problem with the axel, boots, bearing, etc...? I don't mind replacing the Axel just want to ensure I am fixing the culprit of the issue. TIA.

Check your drive flange nuts, cone washers and your axle c-clip.

Does it sound metallic? Could it be a lose brake caliper shim?

Loose trim?
Get a video and post it if you can.
Kind of hard to post video while driving on the freeway. Next time I have a person next to me and I'll try to replicate the issue and capture on video. I don't think it's the caliper shim since I've just replaced it and it happens before the replacement. Like I've mentioned, it never happens while I driving on the street, only when I am on the freeway where I go around 65+, I feel like something is just loose and flapping noise but I can't really be sure because as soon it happens. I slow down and it immediately go away, Not vibrations or anything, just scary sound.

Wind / flapping noise shouldn't be anything like c-clips / axle /or drivetrain related .....You could visually look up from underneath and inspect your axles and tie roads just to look for any torn boots / grease ( but your symptoms wouldn't be a flapping noise at highway speeds )

Check your :
- Roof rack has caps on the end. My GX has some noise from them but more of a rattle than flapping
- You have a splash shield under the car. The front one is metal but the mid one is plastic. The "Ears" of the rear of that plastic almost always break and they tend to flap around but Ive never actually heard it making noise
- Inside your front wheel wells your have plastic bits protecting from splashes, they tend to rot away and could be slapping around. Same goes for the plastic all around the wheel well.
- Engine cover, pop the hood and inspect the plastic cover

IDK, just get a flashlight and look around for loose stuff. With engine off .... Just look for plastic bits, grab em, shake em, and you'll find it

how about the engine bay water skirts? had a similar situation, saw the skirts (behind the front wheels) damaged, ripped them out, no more flapping noise.
That might be it as I don't feel any shaking, vibration or any type of physical vibration of the car when the noise happens. Let me take out the wheel this weekend to inspect it. Thanks.
