Interesting wiring on driver side below headlight

Dug these out the other day while swapping bumpers, this is a 2000 LX that’s had a entire front end swap with a 07 LC so im thinking it could be some leftover wiring for that or if it was a bypass for some electrical or sensor component but I just figured I’d see if anyone knows what these could possibly be for, thanks guys!

I do they were all tucked right in front and under it, here are some more photos to help

LX and LC have different locations for turn signals but the wiring is present for both.

Yeah the old blinker connector was rewired for a fog light. Im just wondering what the one that has tar in it is for

I believe that is for the headlamp washer.
