Really cool video.
The hot V engine is certainly compact and a marvel of engineering, but I pity the person who has to do any maintenance on it. I guess with Toyota reliability in may be 10-15 years before any serious maintenance needs to be done, and by then you'll be able to swap that engine for an electric motor and battery pack that makes 1,000 hp and has a 1,000 mile range.
