Cats were replaced and not the original CATs. I'm not sure if they are good as they were replaced once before. I'd rather not replace the CATS as in california that would be cost prohibitive. I haven't done the EGR checks so I might do that to verify. Assuming that checks out it might leave me back to starting at point A again?
