installing short jump seats and factory roll bar in 1970 40

I need a little help on this one, I want to put the short version jump seats and factory roll bar in my 70 but need the measurements of where the roll bar should sit. Are all wheel wells the same early model vs. late? Any help would be great.

On a side note, we are finally making progress. Trying to get all of the drilling and cutting done on the tub, then off to the body shop for a little new metal and paint.

You obviously haven't looked at the pedestals on the base of the roll bar or you would have noticed that they are stepped to fit over the ribs in the top of the wheelwell. ERGO, you put the bar where it lines up over the ribs!

I noticed they were steped, but was unsure if the ribs had different spacing in later years.
