The metal part of the handles is repairable basically forever, so I’m assuming its the plastic you’re after. You can snag those off the late model repops.

I machined billet aluminum ones for my ‘64 and made them an inch longer. Absolutely love ‘em. And they’re almost 30 years old at this point.
