Happy new year all! The GX have developed some weird behavior lately after I lifted the rear with airbag man extended airbag. I have dialed in the ride height within 0.25'' between the driver side and passenger side during the installation (vehicle is unloaded) and ride height stays the same for normal driving condition. However, when the vehicle is loaded and gone off pavement, it developed a lean to the passenger side where the driver side is approximately 5/8-1'' higher, worse if parked on a unlevel surface. The lean remains throughout the trip. After the vehicle is unloaded the driver side airbag will release some pressure and drop the ride height to what I setted at. I also have Dr. KDSS switch but didn’t help this situation. Any thoughts on what may have gone wrong? Is this the same as the famous KDSS lean?

I have this issue before. The KDSS front cylinder locked up fully extended. This is the first few times I used it off road. I put a jack under the cylinder to compress it back. It never happened again after regular exercise at full flex. I guess the first 12 years of my GX was never used off road and part of the KDSS shaft got some built up that cause it to lockup.

It’s a 2013 and has been off road a little over two years under my ownership. Never act like this until I added the spacers to trick the ride height sensor. I will jack up the cylinder to make sure they move freely. Would you recommend to loosen the KDSS valve before doing it?

Not having had that issue with my lift, I know there has been lot's of discussions/posts about correcting KDSS lean issues.
Although, I also don't recall any issues as you describe them, with it being level then developing a lean after off roading.
Try an 'Advanced Search' for correcting 'KDSS lean' in the 150 (GX460} threads only.

I have read a bunch and couldn’t find anything similar. But I noticed something odd today after messing around, the driver side droop is significantly more than the passenger side. The higher I trick the ride height sensor the more lean I am getting.
