Hey Everyone, Bruce Mabin passed away yesterday. Bruce is a retired fire chief from Creston and came to Cruiser days a couple of times. We used to meet up in Creston when I travelled through. Bruce also had a green '42 with a crate 1hz (now sold) and an LX450 (for sale on MUD) and he recently purchased the new LC.
His passing was unexpected I think although it was a few months since we talked.

Brewsterfire here on MUD.

Nooooo! No no no. That’s hard news to get.

I think my first ever club run was up Blue mountain. Garry jumped in the passenger seat and spotted me and I thought it was such a kindness. Up until that point I had just smashed my way through everything and it was enlightening to learn that you could finesse a 60 series through a trail.

I have been in messaging contact, yes. She is currently going through and selling stuff that Gar collected over the years; tools, books and the like. I asked if she needed any Cruiser head assistance and she said she had some help and was doing ok.
