Driving through New Mexico back to Houston from California after picking up a 1 owner garage kept 2006 LX 470 with 175,000 miles. It feels good to be back in one of the seat of this legendary work horse. Little lady owned, mint interior. Will post more photos once I put my detail manic on it! Only needs 2 things, new air intake pipe because this one is cracked from old age and a CV axle. Great maintenance records from local Lexus dealer.

Straight to the legend Levon at Just a Dent in The Woodlands TX working his magic on a couple of door dings from the last 20 years. Can’t believe the original paint looks so good. New wheels sometime in the next week.

Thank you, I searched day and night for 2 days. It popped up in California on Facebook Marketplace. Within 4 hours of it posting I had a video and sent a deposit. Booked a next day plane ticket then off to the races. Know what states you’re willing to buy from and get super focused. You no doubt have to be willing to take a bit of a risk but much of it can be avoided. There’s also luck but you can create that and destroy it on your own. The lady I bought it from had a ton of dealers trying to come get it but she didn’t want to sell to them so it all worked out. My guess is they tried to low ball an already extremely fair price so don’t do that!

About to put the same wheels on mine. Wondering if I can run a 295/55/20. If not I’ll do a 305/50/20.
