Can I replace my 1991 FJ80 ignitor with a Lexus LS450 ignitor? Are these interchangeable?

I haven't compared schematics but I'm going to hazard a guess and say no.

I assumed not, went ahead and found one for the 80 series online, more than I wanted to pay, but not as much as other listings.
