remove top, use for transfering bolt patterns and contour for seal.

remove roll bar, fabricate frame that bolts in place.

add 3.5 feet equally to width of camper over stock.

SR5 gives me a sun roof...hmm secret access from bunk to driver area

construct outer shell from precisely cut cedar strips; bead and cove for smooth contour; measuring 3/4"x1/4"

apply fiber glass sheet and seal with epoxy resin. just like how i build canoes

construct frame of aluminum and learn to TIG weld.

eh scratch the last one

construct frame of steel using wight reduction methods in all aspects, MIG weld. oh ya :hillbilly:

i have a solid supply of BFH's in the case of "that'll never work!"

:D

once the sub phaze of shell is made, implement an attachment for M2 .50 caliber machine gun

complete copper box that sheilds EMP from damaging sensitive ECUs.

I will begin project this winter and do write ups from here

I also sell tin foil hats custom made. the cowboy hat almost looks like real straw. but its foil.

Should work nicely. If there are a few good layers of fiberglass on the outside it should be relatively limb proof. If you line the inside of the outer shell with a couple layers of fiberglass it would be a good sandwich construction and be nice and stiff. To make it stiffer, use thicker strips of wood. To lighten, alternate aircraft spruce and balsa strips. Be careful of overall weight as there is allot of surface area on a camper body.
