The 60 came with parts he had scrounged to hook up the snorkel. He ran out of time but I did get the snorkel hooked up using his parts. They included an air filter housing maybe from an FJ62, some duct work from there to the carb plenum and the plenum itself.

Can anyone identify what vehicle model or engine model this plenum was originally for?

Reason being the gasket that seals the plenum to the carb is in bad shape. I need to pick up a couple of them.

Second part of the question does anyone know the gasket p/n and if Toyota still has them in the system?

Thanks

Jim

non US 3F carb'd carb hat. I'll give 20 bucks;P...
should use same gasket there as stock

dam; failed the test...second part of the question...or is it the second question??? no, that was the second question...anyway...unless you buy the whole insulator plate- and I am not sure it is still available new- you can get replacement gaskets from specter off road...plenum and carb gasket I think...the carb has 2 holes and the plenum has a big oval...HTH

Many thanks. The $20 is tempting but I better hang on to it.

So the gasket for the FJ62 factory air cleaner ought to work?
