ICON Wheels?

I looked up the Rebounds, good news is that they are 110mm hubcentric, unlike the 116.5 of the Six Speed. This looks to be an awesome wheel setup for us. If only the tread on my 18" Duratracs wasn't so fresh...

I've had the Rebounds installed for a couple weeks now, love them so far!

Dang those look great. I have a Silver as well, and was thinking of the Titanium color. I really gotta consider those when the time comes! Are those 285/70s?
Thanks! I was originally planning on getting the Titanium color and think they would look great. When I held both up against my truck, the black just looked like a cleaner look to me. Still not sure I made the right decision though... haha Yeah, 285/70R17. Really wanted a bigger size, but trying to keep it more practical for my current use. Now debating between OME and Tough Dog for a slight lift.

Running them for 6 months first with 285 70 17 BFG ATKO2's. Recently put on a full set of 285 75 17 Ridge Grapplers, very happy so far. I do hit the KDSS bars at full right lock, but it's not very often that happens.

My caps came off after a few high speed desert runs, but a previously mentioned, ICON set me a few to replace. They are all glued on with Loctite Extreme, supposed to be heat and shock resistant, only time will tell.

@wesel123 are you on stock suspension? Have you looked into the kdss relocation kit? Also, any trimming or fender mods?

At the time I was running OME 3". Also talked to Cristo about the relocation bracket and he felt it wasn't needed. Removed the front mud flaps and needed to melt the front inner fenders, proper alingment with the SPC's helped to not have to do any body trimming.

@Krummholz is that stock suspension in the pictures? Any rubbing or fender mods? Think 285/75/17 (close to a 34”) will rub?

Yes, I am on stock suspension. There is no rubbing currently. I removed the mud flaps and the small rectangle in front. Also pushed the fender liner forward 3/4” or so. I haven’t tried it, but I would think the 285/75/17s would rub quite a bit on my setup. The front is pretty tight the way it sits.

@wesel123 Copy that thank you. The 285/75/17’s looked great! Did you add an oem 1” spacer to a ome 2” lift?

@Krummholz Looks great on stock suspension! I guess a 1” oem front spacer lift wouldn’t help much at all to run a 285/75/17?

285/75R17 rubs a lot. See my "34s on stock suspension" thread. it's doable, but 285/70R17 was the wise choice

For suspension I really like my Tough Dog 45mm adjustables. If you're going non-adjustable I don't think there's a huge difference between TD and OME. But the extra ~$500 is worth it for the adjustable compression, IMO, especially given the number of people I've read who call the OME Nitrocharger setup "a bit harsh"
