W/B 50 passing Stockton Blvd..lifted LX with a rooftop tent and rear tire carrier
Ha, just saw this. That would be me...not an LX though, it's a Cruiser. Messing around at Prairie City and followed my hick friends through the mud/water pit...fan exploded, hit the radiator, and major coolant spewage ensued :whoops:
Gotta love AAA free towing. She's all better now, new Koyo radiator put in a couple weeks ago. Lesson learned!

I'd never heard of Red Dog or Chalk Bluff before but I found a little info on wikipedia- http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Red_Dog,_California and http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Chalk_Bluff,_California. Is there much left out there to see?
There's the old Red Dog Cemetary, which has some very old and very recent head stones. PRetty much all dirt roads with off shoots. Early in the year, Calk Bluff can be pretty tore up, but they have already ran a blade on most of it for logging.
Ahh chalk bluff my ol stomping ground at least they haven't found any more bodies up there
I keep seeing sick ass FJ80's everywhere I go. All over Rocklin/Roseville for the past few weeks. You'll recognize me, im the bald guy driving a Camry Hybrid, with my jaw open and drool coming from it. 
I saw a lifted 80 on power inn road yesterday that was a seafoam green color with bedliner on flares and roof. I would be interested to know who it is because it was pretty similar to what I want to do with mine . . .
I've seen a similar one all the way down in Ripon.
Every now and then in the morning at the intersection of Sunrise and Cirby I see a white FJ80 with no roof rack or sunroof but its all stock.
I was being followed by a stock lx identical color to mine with an arb front bumper with some lady driving, I waved and she gave me a dirty look
