I'm seriously looking into project. At this point I trying to gain as much info as possible before I decide to go ahead.

Do you know if the extisting fj45 body will fit over the 96 80 frame without body modifications?

No.

One day before I die, I will have one of these built. Have a 94 locked cruiser that I'm going to put a LV on.

When I do it, it will be cut down the center and widened about 8". The rear wheel well ribs will get cut as well to avoid modifying the frame. The only thing I'm hung up on now is where to put the radiator.
