Actually, I don't use one. I figured that there's no way you'll make it perfectly waterproof, so water will get inside. Once it's in there, it can't dry out. This will promote rusting of everything, especially the guts inside, and the cable drum.
My theory, and I'm stickin' to it.

I have one you can have! Its made of vinyl and its a Warn cover all you need is two small bungee cords to keep it in place when the winch is not in use!
