Well my wife just quit her job. Which now leaves me in a bind. She decided that she wanted to stay home and be a mom.... im ok with that... but I dont make enough money........ so now Im stuck with making some decessions.... one of which might be that I have to sale my FJ55. I really am not sure what to do at this moment.

My advice is to do nothing at this moment. You aren't making payments on the pig, right? Unless you need the money from the sale, what would it cost you to keep it. Just stop working on it and spending money on it.

Besides, rushing into a decision to sell a fine piece of piggy machinery will only lead to hearbreak down the road.

Oink.

i understand the situation, and it sucks. unless your gonna pay off a monthly bill you wont really be doing anything to supplement the monthly income long term right? i'm sure you've thought about it and i hope it'll be a last resort.

yeah, it really sucks being in that spot. In all honestly, pigs unfortunately aren't worth very much unless they are very clean/nice/resto or built (nicely/clean)

They just haven't gotten the numbers the 40's do.

I'd say the max you are looking at is $3,000 to $4,000 depending on stuff you've done. It may seem like a chunk, but in the end you'll probably be pretty pissed that it didn't really gain you anything but a little time.
