I removed the lokka the other day so i could send it back for them to inspect.
funnily enough when i removed it one of the spacers was broken it had a chunk missing from that same lip you are grinding in your picture.
also one set of the cam gears were badly worn and could possibly be the cause of the problem I am having. sadly i forgot to take pictures
