It drives decently on its own!

I'll drop it off in the morning for the exhaust work. I did a test drive around the block a couple of times and had no issues besides needing shocks. I have a couple of small leaks from a couple of places and I'll settle that out tonight.

Thanks to everyone for their encouragement and a huge thanks to Gumby for that brilliant shiny head of his. I picked his brains often enough that I owe him mass quantities of beer!

can't decide between white lettering and blackwall?

:flipoff2:

(mine was ready for long trips for a while...didn't last....)

I saw some of John's bending work today at Todd's shop. The kid has that crap figured out. I am looking forward to placing my order...

Just give me some for warning. Ill be doing phils tomorrow. Now that ive done a 55 Ive got the lines down!

We finished up pretty late at John's last night but I couldn't be happier! The boy has some mad skillz with a flux core welder! As I was prepping the 40 for the flat tow ride home he was even talking about what else he could do if I was ready to get hardcore. I could only imagine the design ideas floating around inside that small skull of his!

I have to apologize for the cell phone pics since the camera is on the fritz. I'll take a bunch more later once I knock off some splatter and a coat or 3 of paint. I promise not to "Todd" up the cage John! :flipoff2:

What? you mean finish it? or you promise not to test it by taking it on the trail? i can believe that.

I'll finish it by doing nothing but painting it and re-installing it. It'll get a shot on the trails even if I have to use Carquest shocks!

That was some smokey burnout you did yesterday. My F motor could do better! Oh and buy your wife a new bike would you! She deserves so much more than a minuscule 750. What have you done to ever deserve her?

where is the "oh shnikies, why the fawk am I riding with phil" handle for the passenger(s)????? cage looks good otherwise. Now we just have to wait for todd to slap a 4x ino sticker on it.

The "Brian" Bar has been installed. You have to be curled up on the floor to see it! :flipoff2:

No I mean mounting it 2-3" farther back than it was designed, placing all the pillar bars in the windows, and almost making me shead a tear. :flipoff2:

I've got a set of long travel carquest shocks that came off the pig.

I broke the tire loose. After that it's all gratuitous. John's neighbors don't really need to hate him more. The :princess: is looking at a VTX1300, but the 750 fits her really well. She doesn't need a lot of power. She :steer: a FJC in real life.

The closest thing your F motor will get to a burnout is when it tosses a rod the first time it revs over 3000 rpm
