I’ve been trying to source this part 78180-60201 which is an accelerator control cable for my 1HZ HZJ73 which is discontinued but I’m wondering if this 2018 HZJ79 accelerator control cable 78180-60720 would be the same fit? Would anyone happen to know if these part numbers are interchangeable? Both are part numbers are for RHD
