Looks like you've got it, Woody...

For the studs, I've never found one of mine to come loose.. BUT, when I swapped to mini knuckles, I did the same thing Woody did... lock-tite, and double-nut the studs into place, after thoroughly cleaning everything. I'm running RockBuggy Supply arms, no hydro (and damn do I want it!), same 38.5's. Nuts on the arms are torqued to 80ft-lbs.

I'm hesitant to go assist only because there's time when I've wedged the right tire against something and couldn't steer, only to see that it was a BIG ass rock.. if I had hydro assist, I coulda pushed into that rock hard enough to break something, like the knuckle studs... Trying to keep my junk "me-proof"

I sure like the look of those Lab arms and the design is very well thought out.

You almost dune??

Cause its Pale Ale time in my neck of the woods............

Done is a relative term...lol

I still need to add the hydroram, keep forgetting to call WTOR and get one ordered up. The steering kicked butt even without the ram a couple weeks back in Attica, but my digi camera did not (dead)

The front axle project is ending up in a magazine publication coming soon to a mailbox near you, so I'm delaying an official webwriteup until that comes out.

talked with WTOR over lunch, new 1.5" x 8" ram is on it's way. Install next week...

You ain't done YET!!!!!!
