Some time back my blower switch quit working on the high position. I can probably repair it... if I knew where it was. Since it works on the other positions I'm certain it is in the resistor part of the wiring. Anybody know where this resistor is? In other Toyota vehicles it is located near the blower. Help, please.:crybaby:

High speed is direct 12 volts, the resistor is not involved.

Uh? I know that, but where is the resistor pack located... I think I can find the switch itself... if I look hard enough.

In the duct between the evaporator case and the heater case.

Hey dan, since you're here...

my rear heater switch only 'locks in' on low setting. What would a new rear heater switch run a mudder?

$47.02 (thru 12-30-06, there is a price increase comming in January).

Holy Carp!

I better get on it then.

(mulling over in my mind what other parts I may need..... gotta get that free shipping you know!)

Thanks, I was afraid of that. Looks like a bigger job than I want to tackle today. Thanks again for the help.

My high setting has stopped working, and I assume it's the relay, but don't know which one is the high blower. Can you point me in the right direction?
