My OEM blower motor seized on my MY2000 LC100.
Not wanting to spend 300eur + customs/taxes/duties I went with a non OEM part from FEBI Bilstein (87103-60220) which I was assured should fit. Physically it does, however it has a different plug. I believe I should have ordered 87103-602050 instead though I’ve seen pictures of those with the rectangular socket as well. My car has a square plug.
So how do I square a rectangle?
Is anyone aware of the part number for the rectangular connector?
Or does any bright mind have a solution for fashioning an adapter?
I was hoping there would be a rectangular pigtail that I could then solder on the the old square plug wires, but I’m having no luck on Google.

Thanks for any tips!

Recently decided to replace my blower fan that was making a little bit of noise (and while following a tutorial to lube it, I completely broke the fan because the tutorial was 100% wrong but now I know) and the new non-OEM fan is loud (continental brand) as can be and a complete piece of s***. If I were you, I would return it and get an OEM fan and get it while it’s on sale right now, which is what I just did, and it’s pretty cheap. Otherwise you’re just going to hack up your car or destroy the part you just purchased and it’s never gonna be as good as you want. The quality of the OEM fan is 10 times better built than any of the aftermarket fans.

I figured that might be the case, at the moment I actually have the original rusted fan soaking in Eva-Po-rust in a last ditch effort to salvage it, fingers crossed.
I might have to go the new oem route. Where do you seem them on sale? Because I’ll have to import on to Europe and everything I’ve found so far I’ll be looking at near 400 usd in total for the blower + taxes + duties and shipping, which feels a bit steep.

Did you try partsouq or what about the big sales at Serra in the US? I just paid 120ish shipped but in the us. Importing anything anywhere is an expensive mess for the moment….

Shipping to Sweden, if they'll do it, might kill any sale discount. You could try cutting the current plug off and soldering on spade ends.
I thought of spade ends, but I was able to accurately measure the width of the prongs. Is there a standard width? Here the widest you can find are 6.3mm , and 9.5 mm if I order online.

Posting this incase any future LC 100 owner ends up with the same issue, it appears my car (and a few others in Scandinavia judging by salvage websites) were equipped with the blower motor from the Toyota Sienna; Denso 194000-7112. This is not the same part as the part number suggested by the Toyota spare parts catalogue.

Not sure how common this is, but I find it very odd. And this piece seems to be even harder to source in Europe.
