Depends on when you start your weeks.
Also with all the rain we've gotten this year anyone have a report on the condition of Hurricane Creek itself? There's parts that could be really muddy and a bit of a water crossing somewhere if memory serves from last year.
If the water is up, you might get your rockers wet. :D

It's looking like I'll need to meet the group on the trails. Is the plan to take the forest service road that exits directly off of I-40? I'll be bringing firewood. Anything else needed?

Am a bit sad I'll only be seeing Adam this weekend. 🥺

Can't even flex lil trucklet, been in and out of shop for months now. 4R is up and going again but schedule is packed.

Looks like a LOT of rain in the forecast for Saturday. If that doesn't change by tonight then I'm afraid I'm out.

Looks like a good probability of afternoon/evening showers Saturday so we are moving the boil to Friday night instead.

That's the plan. Firewood is always welcome and needed. Thanks

Not saying it won't rain, because there obviously is a good chance it will. That being said, we have had numerous HC trips where the forecast was bleak, people bail out, and the weather turns out perfect the entire weekend. Weather can shift pretty quickly up there. Rain or shine, it's going to be a fun time.

Haha- well the forecast changed quite a bit since this morning. It was saying heavy rain all day Saturday and up to 1"

Now it is saying chance of light rain in the evening so I'm good!

But I still need a contact number since I'm driving from the beach and things may happen between here and the brewery.

I could use a contact # as well since we'll be arriving late directly to the campsite

It's called for rain this whole week. Only rained overnight, beautiful cool weather during the day. I am sure it'll continue this weekend.

Also also there's at least two of us in the last two weeks that have been bitten by ticks with Lyme, it's disgusting this year, bring the permethrin.

The forecast is too rainy for me to make a the drive. Looks like I'm out.

On the plus side, this will pretty much guarantee rain-free weekend for you! (Wrong decisions are my super power!)

My ETA to trailhead is shortly after 2. I’ll be in several hundred feet at first pullover.
