I was not aware that there was such a thing as a corse splined Aisin......actaully there can't be as Aisin's were not around untill the early-mid 1980's?????

well I'll be diped in chit! sure enough! but how? I don't get it? they would have been Asco if anything back then. Could it be a Asco body with an Aisin dial?

I don't know about Asco...if they were switched they switched out the dials on both sides.
