How to: put a clickable text in my sig?

I want to link a text in my signature to a thread in the forum.

For example, "Swaybar/Drop Bracket" should be clickable to what I have in my signature now.

Is it an option in my signature? Or and HTML edit?

I see that I am allowed to do BB code. But I don't see how to do it.
Still need help. Not sure why I can't find it, I am a computer person and I am typically the one that don't understand why people don't get it.

as you edit your sigline, you see the code....VERY similar to html and other coding

When I edit my sig line, I DON'T see any code. I only see the text.
