How to add a new outlet to this water bladder

I bought one of these from Aus and it's been working out well. However, I'd love to add a second outlet in a more logical location based on my application. How do I go about doing this? This is a non toxic vinyl product so it should be rather easy to do this but I wanted to ask to see if anyone has done something similar. I'd assume it's like patching a hole in a water bed. The water in this tank is used for dog bowls and for non potable purposes otherwise. I've seen fittings for poly tanks for not for a PVC bladder tank.

That's the place that made a custom bladder for me. So, they obviously know how to do it

See if you can contact them via their website etc and ask what the magic is. You can use the info on the tag (that's for my bladder) if you want - to ask how you would add another fitting to it....
