How does this engine bay look?

Owner says its eating up about a quart of oil every 1500. Looks like there a leak from the valve cover.

underside looks decent though I wish he had some better angles. Any input appreciated this truck got 230k on it.

Could be about right with a good valve cover leak and bad valve seals. Neither are a big deal. A Blackstone oil analysis or maybe a leakdown test might help confirm that, but I bet it's minor stuff as long as it hasn't been run low on oil. If the oil level indicator works it isn't likely.
