How do you turn off the Maintenance Required light?

On my '13: turn vehicle on, select trip a, turn vehicle off, hold trip reset button while turning vehicle on, continue to hold it down for 5 seconds until 0000 appears and reset countdown shows.

FYI If I remember correctly the doors need to be closed for the above procedure to work. Also you don't have to actually start the vehicle (foot on brake), just turn the ignition on.

Thank you. I think the key is to turn it on, but not start it (don't press the brake pedal). I just reset mine.

For my ‘17, it’s in the owners manual. Maybe not in the ‘14?

mine resets automatically : auto reset on maintenance reminder? Oil change maintenance too....

Works on a 2014 LX.
Hold the trip for at least 5 sec. or more, there will be a count down in the dash window. When that is finished your done.
I didn't start the engine to do it.

a temporary fix is to hit the display button on the steering wheel. It'll still come up every time you turn the vehicle on until it's reset.
