Hot Tanking 3L block

Can anyone recommend a ready strip/hot tank shop? I want to get my 3L block hot tanked to remove all the built up crud in the coolant veins.

before you tank it, pull out all the freeze plugs and oil gallery plugs. it makes a huge difference on how clean it is.

I always find loads of sand left over from the casting process built up in the cooling passages. depending on how much you trust the shop you choose, it might be worth your time to turn it upside down and see how much sand you can get out yourself.

for the oil gallery plugs, remember which ones go where and clean / loctite/ torque them back into place. otherwise you will never make any oil pressure.

Chilliwack is in British Columbia Canada, basically Vancouver. I found a place and had the block tanked today. They seemed to have done a decent job, most of the buildup is gone.
