Horn just started going off

I installed a set of Hella Supertone horns in my new to me FJZ-75 this afternoon. All went well till bed time when the horns started just going off on their own. Has anybody ever experienced this? Any guesses why?

Is that the factory installed .22 casing?

Closing this out the original wiring was dodgy and wrapped up with electrical tape. I unwrapped it and found the wire coating was cracked and flaking. Spliced in a new section, heat shrinked it closed and all is now good. Gotta love a simple fix!
