Can you do the hitch pin mod with caster plates? Don't mean to hijack just kinda on the same point here...

Yup, pretty simple. Here is how you do it.

change the complete arm with longer 1s so the diff sits in org spot then the springs wont hit the bump stop

actually my plates keep the axle in the stock position so there is no interference problems with the bump stop tower. No new arms needed.
