I made the mistake of powder coating the rollers so I dont think they are going to last more then a few pulls before they are hideous. From there I might be switching to a synthetic. Also if I get rid of the fairlead I can chop a couple of inches off of the bottom.

I will be interested to see how it does off road. The ARB looks higher, mine isnt right up against the bottom of the body like those. Oh well onto making a rear bumper now.
 
I admire the fab skills. Plus you've made something really unique with your own bare hands (and a MIG welder, right?;))

That is 1 1/4 thick. All of this was made out of scrap metal from the steel mill. While I was getting it all there were tons of circles of 11/4 steel sitting there. I picked up a 5 inch diameter peice cut it in half drilled a couple of holes and mounted them on. I dont think I have to worry about them breaking.
