Holes Inside Driver's Side Door

We have these 2 small holes on the upper inside driver's side door near the vent window. Are they factory? Any idea on what they are for?

My 65 FJ45 came a couple or two hole conduit strap the PO who has past away used to hold a club. It also had a camper shell and a bunch of personal items the PO brother didn't want.
