true...but if its only mounted out there on the trail..itd be nice for easier access, i wouldnt mount one outside of a zuk.....our trails are too tight...itd get ripped off quick, kinda like how dom almost ripped his tailgate off bc of his spare ....thats why my spare is in the back now, no more sissy tailgate mount

you could always do 2 sections of pipe with holes in the center-- one on top of the other, then the bolt would be passing through 4 sections of steel and be (I think) less likely to develop as much torque...

10ft of 1x3 inch stock 1/8 wall
15ft of 1x1
6inches of 2" tube 1/4 wall
about 1' by 1.5' foot of 1/8inch plate for the jerry can holder bottom thing...
4 grade 8 bolts


3 inch tube was capped off and drilled for a grade8 bolt ( for replacement of the spindle) and the rest is kinda self explanatory...

No worries bro it will be filled with ice tea and 90wt
