HJ75 Front bumper holes

Hello,
Does anyone know know about the holes drilled in the front bumper? I'm assuming a light kit or something may have been offered from the factory or a dealer add on. Has anyone ever seen what is suppose to go there?

I took the text from OZCruiser, changed it a bit and after several attempts I found these:

I figured that was what the holes were for but have never seen the covers. Now I have to track them down too! That picture looks like one from "evict01" on eBay, he does blue tarp pictures. I have bought a lot of stuff from him and never a problem.
