HJ60 Power Steering return line replacement

Hello,

So my power steering return line (hard line portion) just sprung a leak yesterday.
I'm having a difficult time sourcing a replacement.
Since it's just the return line, can I just route a length of flexible power steering line and just nix the hard line? It appears that the hard line is just clamped to a flexible length of hose anyway where it connects to the steering gear and the reservoir at either end.
Please let me know your thoughts.

I had a pipe manufacturer to make new hard lines. It was a very cheap job. Company had a 3D scanner so they just scanned the old pipe and bent a new one with CNC pipe bender.
