Does anyone have info. about the seller or this truck? It appears to be a Costa Rican truck.

Not sure I trust the seller. I sent him a message asking if he had a Florida title (since the truck appears to have plates from somewhere in central america). He responded by offering to sell me the truck "for $27,500 delivered to your door" which is interesting since his eBay auction is currently at $7,300 with no reserve.
