To answer your question about origin, I’ve only known the HJ47 to be from Australia, but I could be proven wrong.

I had a RHD Aussi spec AND a LHD Panamanian spec HJ47.
Is it a right or left hand drive 47?
....if it is a left hand drive where does it come from ?
For example Latin America got them.

He mentioned in an earlier post that it was RHD, which is why I figured it would be Australian.
