Check out Parts Mike or Ballistic Fab. THey can make you what you want.

Ive got a set of ballistic arms on my d44. theyre pretty nice but not quite as heavy as some other makers...but they are a bit cheaper. If youre putting the d44 under a toy, just get tube inserts, toy thread on one end, chevy thread on the other for the drag link. get DOM tubing and weld the ends in.

Maybe you need to do a little more research on what high-steer is and how it works...
