High speed vibes, even w/ new driveshaft

You had new gears installed.
That means the entire front axle was disassembled and reassembled. Assume nothing is correct, check everything.
Did you do this or did a shop do this?

A shop did the gears. I'll probably go see them in a few weeks to discuss their reassembly process. They do gears for all sorts of vehicles, and have done many Land Cruisers locally, but that doesn't mean something wasn't missed.

Wheel bearings. If the shop followed the FSM, the wheel bearings may be loose. The front wheel bearings need to be torqued to 35 lb-ft on the inner nut while rotating. Then the outer nut to 45 lb-ft.

I did the front brakes after the gear install, repacked the bearings and torqued myself. Only went to 25 lb-ft, not 35 though.

Grease in the knuckles and on the front spindles. It has been seen to have shops forget to pack grease in the front knuckles and particularly on the birfield shaft into the spindle bushings so there is a dry bushing that shows up. Usually it is a low tone hum or grind that a person can hear but it could manifest asca vibration and will show up more under power.

The shop mentioned they usually recommend a full rebuild of the knuckles when they do FJ80s since most they see have never been opened up, but they said mine looked great so they just repacked and buttoned everything back up. Not saying they didn't miss something and that the knuckles couldn't have used a rebuild, but at least they knew what they're looking at and had experience with it, so I feel somewhat confident they put it back together correctly. I'm out of town right now, but when I get back I'll tear into the front end and probably do a knuckle rebuild, and put in new bearings and see what that does.

Have you done the proper break-in on the new gears? Low speeds, cool down times changing gear oil per the gear manufacturer recommendations for about 500 miles?

Break-in on the gears was done IAW the recommended procedure and fluid has been swapped out.

Driveshafts are properly oriented and properly phased?

Driveshaft is phased as sent by Tom Wood, and the same as the factory shaft, and I placed it back in line with the wear marks from the factory shaft.

Next I would listen to output bearings on the transfer case.
I'll check the TC when I get into it in a few weeks.

Change the t-case fluid to see if there is anything if concern there.
TC fluid was swapped at the same time as the fluid swap in the diffs, no issues that I saw there.

Might be a dumb question, but have the tires been checked for balance?
Its not the tires. I've had three different sets on here since this started, no change. Plus, that wouldn't explain the vibes going away with no drive shaft installed.
