Thanks for Trail leading for this trip Rusty. And what is a trip without banging down a few cow paths. Saw alot of cool country and animals and things. Didn't see the beaver just evidence

Any one know why my F motor would barf oil out the valve cover somewhere and then just be normal again???? I hate the mysteries unless its in novel form or a good movie

Learned that fj40s are not the greatest for long hauls(kinda of a no brainer really)--and Harry I sucked plenty of dust this trip Was it worth it? Oh Ya

Hahaha... Precisely why Matti was retired as a BLOTCH rig after one run!! That WHOLE trip is long distances on dirt roads. NOT the right tool for the job.
The Tacoma is much better suited for that duty.

I'm still getting a little shimmy at certain speeds. I need to get rid of those re-arched springs, I think they are throwing the caster angle off.
