I'm starting to think it might be this. Do they sell an AC pulley and clutch kit?
Yes the dealer does. Replace pulley or entire compressor before the pulley locks up.

Just ordered everything, Do you know a good write up on here for the pulley and clutch replacement?
I do not know of one off hand now but it isn't too difficult if I remember correctly.

Few things I do remember..... take off the oil filter, let drain in a container and replace later. Also, after taking of the 10mm bolt (I believe it is) from the middle of the pulley, then a C clip, the pulley may be difficult to slide off but when you slide it off, there are small shims (washers) on the backside of where the bolt came out. Just be aware they are there and watch closely if they happen to fall out. I'm not exactly sure if you will need them for new pulley or not. They are used to create the correct space between the pulley and magnetic clutch.

Also, there is a ground wire that is attached to the compressor by a small Phillips screw That little screw is very difficult to get off. My attempts failed so I just kept to old magnet on compressor.

I'm sure there are others that can give you much better assistance here.

UPDATE

I don't have a definitive answer of what was making the noise. But I went ahead and swapped the harmonic balancer and fan clutch since those were one of the few things I didn't change. But the noise is no longer there. I kind of lean towards the fan clutch since the noise was loudest when I used a stethoscope on the fan bracket but I can't confirm for sure, I just decided to bite the bullet and change both at the same time. I also swapped that fan pulley that the belt rides on.

I didn't think the fan clutch would make that noise but I'm not expert.
