Are the hidden lights pointing downward? Or is it just the perspective angle of the photo?
The photo makes them look like they're pointing just a few feet in front of the bumper.

Yes I aimed them down. I will readjust later. For now its a few feet in front

How did you mount the lights behind the grill? I'm thinking about doing this with the free lights I got from Ironman.
I used a robot alloy part I had.

there is already a hole in the metal behind the grill. Easy to mount. I used a long screw with 6 fat spacers to get the distance down just right. Worked like a charm and the ally is super strong and will never rust.
1 for each light. Attach the light brackets that came with it to the alloy bracket and then the bracket with light on it to the metal beam behind the grill.

You can purchase one here for each light. ServoCity Aluminum Channel 1.5"

I just looked up your aluminum channel material. I never knew you could purchase components like that! My bible is usually McMaster-Carr.
I'll have to remember that when I'm stuck for some type of mounting bracket that I don't want to fab.
Thanks!

How the lights holding up in that location? I think I may finally tackle it this month.
No issues at all. I actually ordered wider lights to replace the cubes and move the cubes to the rear of the car.

they hold up quite well
