Issues I have had so far can be found in this thread. It's running smoother now. I still need iron out one bug, I only get P0304 after the truck is warmed up to normal temperature. But it runs smooth and no hesitation. I also need to check the timing with a timing light. P0340 hasn't appear ever since I got the distributor rotor setup right. Will be switching to Toyota red coolant this weekend and drain the oil one last time. Right now the truck is running with water and radiator flush solvent.

I would like to thank all of you who have collectively contributed into the HG replacement PM. This forum has wealth of information which is enough to tackle this job OMHO. An FSM and Doug's DVD were all I needed to get started. I had never done this before. The things that I have learned in doing this is simply imazing. So far no leak. no over heating. Only time will tell if I have screwed things up. Here are some final pictures. BTW: I went with one piece convensional hose for the PHH.
