Yes. Different part numbers for left/right across every Toyota SUV I have looked up. Even aftermarket rear springs usually come with one longer than the other.

My 2021 HE with 3rd row sits pretty level. Also when I have the whole family and luggage (road trips), you can feel the rear almost bottom out at times.
Id bet the springs for the HE w/3rd row are different also.

I seem to remember someone posting that HE-3-row rears are the same as base model.
Also you aren’t really bottoming, you’re hitting the jounce stops that are large very progressive rubber bumpers intended to keep you off the real bump stops, which are mounted on the frame. Even unloaded there isn’t much clearance between these and the spring perches.. the whole idea is to give some assist to the coil springs when you have extra load, while allowing a soft, compliant spring that works well off-road.
But yes it is noticeable.
