While having a beer with good friend and fella cruiser junkie this afternoon we ran across a new mudder needing a rear turn signal assembly.
Swamp thing and I have noticed a pretty nice 45 truck around town and by chance he was having beer in same place we stopped at this afternoon. Turns out he bought this nice cruiser off Mushro. He has a very nice 1966 45 truck and he purchased exactly what he wanted so he has no regrets. Turns out he is a great guy, retired english teacher who bought a 73 40 new a good while ago which he sold in the mid 80's.
Before we met I tapped the guy on the shoulder at the bar and told him we wanted to talk with him before he left and he asked " how did you know it was me". I told him we know things!!! He laughed and when he was able he spent some good time at our table where it turns out he lives less then a mild from me. He loves cruisers and is just now getting into mud.
To make a long story short he says one of his rear lights is pretty rusted and he is having problems finding a replacement. So I'm reaching out to see if anyone has a spare rear light assembly for the guy.
