My springs front & rear are totally flat. This is an 84' 4runner that has been worked pretty hard hauling loads.

Have any of you ever used helper springs? I'm thinking of that as a cheap fix. Any suggestions on a decent set?

I dont drive the truck on road hardly, mostly always on dirt roads or snow and usually in 4wheel.

I was thinking like this, 1/2 way down the page, helper springs:

Would these "lift" the body up a bit? Or are they a waste of time?

Those might help a little, I'd look for the full length style, not the 2 piece as that's not going to work as well....

Maybe an Add a leaf?

Or the Zuk add a coil:

That looks like the ticket...
I checked out the link, Thanks.

Any idea where I could get springs like that? I saw no info on the site to purchase.

Probably JCWhitney or a large auto suplier like that.... I think I'll be going with helper coils too at some point.

Or you could send Zuk a PM, he just joined Mud a few weeks ago under the name gearinstalls.com I think.

Thanks for all that man...
