HELP. Valve Adjustment tool needed in Pasadena CA.

I need to rent the tool to adjust my valves or rent a guy with the tool to adjust the valves on a 1995 4runner 3.0 vz I live in NE Pasadena CA. Please let me know if you can help. NEED SST toyota 09248-64011

I've done that job several time. Always used a prybar. It helps to have 2 people, one to push down on the lifter so the shim is exposed, then the other person with a magnet to fish the shim out.

I used a Seal puller from Harbour Freight! Done!
