Not sure I understand the above statement.timing mark on plugs 1,3,4,5 was all the way at the base of the electrode at 7 degrees btdc with the terminals jumped. cylinders 2 and 6 are still pretty black.
If the rubber on the HB is cracked or soft and oil soaked, the outer ring maybe rotating with acceleration.
Verify TDC On cylinder #1 with physical TDC and HB pointing to TDC on timing cover.
